I have to be the first to admit, I was a bit down this morning when my scales reflected no weight loss for this week.   BUT then I thought of all of you, and I know I can make those scales go down again...

Even though we hit stalls in our journey we can make the decision to continue to sit and stall or we can figure out how to get going in the right direction again...  for me, it is being faithful with my food diary,  kicking up the exercise at the Y...  and coming here for support and encouragement!

When I get down about "how much I STILL weigh",I look at my ticker to see "how much I have LOST"!

I couldn't agree more....taking all of your advice & "hanging in there" pays off.  I was stalled for 2 days & the scale dropped 3 pounds today....a good feeling.  So, slow & steady wins the race, I guess.

So, for the Egg challenge I have hopped backward 3 pounds...I think I started the challenge at 268 & now I am 265 (oooohhhhh I can't wait to see the 50s....)!!!  That means I still have 16.5 more pounds to make my goal in April....11 dozen more eggs to break!

How's e'one else doing??? xo, Micheala.

Getting down not allowed!   Only onward and upward (or downward) as the case may be).

Hang in there...I  am also impatient with the sssslow weight loss.  But it is coming off.   I actually don't want to eat sometimes.....Do you hear that.   DON'T WANT TO EAT.  It's a benefited miracle!

Hang in there.   I can't wait to see that photo of you in that little dress that you WILL wear very soon.

How can you lose with support from your friends on the TN board?

You are SO RIGHT!!!   I love the support here!!

I remember when I had my first Don't wanna eat moment, I thought, OH MY Goodness!!!   It has happened, my life does NOT revolve around food anymore!!!   It has been wonderful.. . I'm enjoying Connor growing up, I'm reading books for fun, I'm doing crafts, etc...  I hadn't realized how much I was missing out on by thinking about food or eating all the time!

The liquid diet rocks!

I started the challenge at 248 and today I weigh 243!  5 pounds, yippeee yahoo!  I know they're essentially water weight from such a low calorie diet, but I'm fine with that!  The fat will come off after the surgery.

I'm tired and yesterday I went home sick because my guts were killing me (they're not used to being empty!) but today I am feeling okay.  Very okay considering I haven't had food since midday Sunday.

Mostly I just wanna sit and zone out because I'm tired, but I'm happy to report I'm not hungry at all.  Every time I think about food, I just squish the thought.  Not an option.  So this liquid diet thing is going smoother than I expected.  Of course I still have 5 days to go, but at least it's started off well.

Time to drink my breakfast!

Hugs!!

I am so glad to hear you are doing ok with your liquid diet, to be very honest I struggled the first three days being tired and my head hunger was off the charts, but after the first three days...  it was just like I woke up and it was easier..  my energy levels came up and my body stopped trying to convince my head it was hungry....

So it sound likes besides being tired, you are doing ok otherwise...  hang in there, it will get better!!!!

HUGS
